Do we have any official oracle support for db links between Oracle 12c and 19c?

There is a db link between 2 applications, custom application is using oracle 10g database and other application(EBS 12.1.3) is using oracle 19c database. 
We keep on getting issues between these 2 applications and suddenly db link stops working.
We found that db link is not supported between 10g and 19c by oracle.
If we plan to upgrade our custom app db to 12c, will be get any support from Oracle or not?
