Reported Bug: Siebel Migration Fails at unPackage Step With Error Package File Does Not Exist

When attempting to migrate Siebel repository from source to target environment, it fails at unPackage step with error Package file "<path/%.zip>" does not exist.This new document provides the bug the issue is reported in, along with the workaround steps to resolve it. Doc ID 3069639.1.
