Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello All,

I am using email merge letter bsfn and it is returning an error code is 16. What does it mean?

In Doc Id: 826593.1, the error code 16 refers to MAPI error (eNoMoreMessages).

Could anyone help me resolve the issue?
