Question,
We notice that sometimes when employees add additional accounts via ESS Direct Deposit the employee will receive both advice and a paper checks. Not sure why.
Does anybody have a scenario they can share?
I tested four employees with different scenarios processed 2 payrolls and all four had advice and no checks.
First payroll, net pay for current accounts was an advice and the new account I created status was prenote submitted, no check created.
Second payroll, net pay was advice for current accounts and the new accounts I created. Prenote status was set to complete. No check issued.
