New Admin needed for my support account

please, due to taking over Oracle license management, I would need access to CSI and be a CSI administrator. The original admin who had permission to process the access request has left the company and now I have no one to assign the admin role. How should I proceed please? I have specific CSIs added to my MOS account, but I do not have a role assigned to them and no one to assign me a role. Than you very much for your help. Peter.
