how do I solve my update issue

Running OL8 and just trying to get this server up to date and I run into this issue:

Running transaction check
Error: transaction check vs depsolve:
libX11 < 1.6.8-9.el8_10 conflicts with (installed) libX11-xcb-1.6.8-9.el8_10.x86_64
To diagnose the problem, try running: 'rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest'.
You probably have corrupted RPMDB, running 'rpm --rebuilddb' might fix the issue.
The downloaded packages were saved in cache until the next successful transaction.
You can remove cached packages by executing 'dnf clean packages'.

I have tried the steps in Oracle Linux: How to Rebuild the RPM Package Database (RPMDB) ( Doc ID 468998.1 ) but I didn't find that helped.

Howdy, Stranger!
