How do I set a field of Oracle standard Form as required?

How do I set a field of Oracle standard Form as required?

For example, in WSHFRREL.fmx, I would like to set ORDER_NUMBER as required, otherwise the user can't click the CONCURRENT and ONLINE buttons.

We set up customization but sometimes user actions can cause the customization to expire and these fields can be left unfilled and the buttons can be clicked.
