RTP SSRC question

Hi guys,

I have a question related to RTP packets and SSRC.

I'm asking as i have a lot of calls between an external call center and Teams client and sometimes when Teams is changing the SSRC (which i know is normal for them) the external party do not hear anymore. On traces i see that the RTP from Teams are sent to them…so no blocked in the SBC side.

Does the SBC have any solution to change the RTP SSRC packets? Normally i know that are just fwd but i was wondering as for good calls Teams maintain the SSRC.
