Need Siebel CRM Upgrade from existing version 8.10.x to latest Oracle Siebel version(25.x)

Hi,

Need to understand the Siebel Upgrade Paths from 8.10.x to latest Oracle Siebel version.

What is the recommended approach:

Can we upgrade siebel directly from 8.10.x to latest Oracle Siebel version(25.x)?

Or do we need to upgrade to an intermediate "IP" version (IP 17) first before jumping to the latest continuous release?

Also need an Open UI enablement process with the upgrade.
