Email to an employee w/link to get their Benefits Confirmation Statement within Report Manager?

Has anyone developed code to email a Report Manger link to an employee to retrieve their Benefits Confirmation Statement? I am not sure if this is even possible. We are able to email an attached PDF within the email to the employee. However, we would like tighter security so that the employee must click the link within the email and then login to the application to get to the Benefits Confirmation Statement from Report Manager.

We are on HCM 9.2, PeopleTools 8.60 - Full Image #42.

Any ideas/suggestions/ideas are welcomed.
