Proposals not showing for Generate Award in PeopleSoft 9.2 Grants -Demo Environment

We’re working with the Grant Proposal/Generate Award and are troubleshooting some of the issues we are running into in our Production PeopleSoft 9.2 environment. We are trying to replicate the issue in the demo environment but encountered an issue when trying to generate an award where the Proposal is not showing in the Search even after submitting the Proposal.

Tool Version: - 8.59

PI Version:- PS 9.2 Image 46

The steps we took in Demo environment:

1. Create a New Proposal (Navigation: Grants>Maintain Proposal> Add a new Value

2. Entered the required information and save the Proposal. It generated the Proposal ID
