Voucher logging empty is not able to be deleted

A/P modulo - voucher logging after a voucher is distributed and the batch is not posted. Once the voucher is reverted , the purchase order records are released but the line in F0411 and F0911 remain. After the those records in those table are no available to be deleted, because the botom deleted promt the screen without any posibly action to delete the record

Anybody has experienced this kind of error
