Inventory Valuation and the background calculations

Good day

Our Inventory valuation method is AVR and we need to analyze what cost, stock is moved from Asset to Expense store, anyone has an idea how we can work around this.

The thinking is to take most used item and not so often used item and check the valuation of those picked item stock using those items,
