OpenUI (Presentation Model) file not working on specific environment

Hello ,

I developed one PM file to invoke workflow on applet load and show popup message , it was working fine on dev and SIT on version 16.18.0.0 without any issue,now on the upgraded environment 24.5 the same file working on dev but not on SIT environment (the applet broken) and it shows some error in the console as below :

TypeError: this.GetPM(...).AttachPMBinding is not a function
