ASN UCC receiving performance issue

Oracle version : V13.X

Issue: Unable to run report when more items are associated with multiple cartons. Is there a way to check whether report printing limit is configurable ?

Sharing the screenshot for reference. But we are able to print with less data. Kindly suggest if this is performance issue or base issue fixed in later version?
