[ol8_MODRHCK] Kernel Repo is Not Being Updated- How Can We get this Rolling Again?

The kernel-specific repos at Oracle's site used to be up-to-date. Now some of them are not (by years!). I assume something automated failed and they didn't notice, but I don't know who to contact to get it fixed and I don't see an appropriate way to file a Service Request for this (or anything Oracle Linux-related).
