ASL Minimum Order Qty is not working

I have setup MOQ = 100 in ASL for item ABC1 but at Item attribute I have keep MOQ is BLANK. Item attribute "Approved Supplier list" is YES. After MRP runs I cound see release suggesting as per MOQ in ASL. It's suggesting as per demand quantity.

Please help which setup are missing here.

We are using R12.1.3
