Advance pricing- Pricing UOM causing issue.
There is an issue with advanced pricing.
The base price adjustment definition is set up as a mandatory adjustment, so if the price for an item is not set up, the system throws an error. This is the standard functionality.
The item is set up with the unit of measure (UOM) as EA (Each). All UOMs, including primary and secondary pricing, are set up as EA. The pricing adjustment details is configured for the item and customer with UOM EA.
However, the issue is that even though pricing is set up for UOM EA, the system still throws an error saying that pricing is not set up. I tried changing the PUOM (Pricing UOM) in the order from EA to CA and then it worked. (clarification that why I preferred to change Pricing UOM on order from EA to CA, usually the pricing setup is defined for all items for UOM CA and even for this item the pricing details was mapped for CA initially, but then it was done for both as item is setup against EA).
