Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I was wondering if there is a problem using PPM P6 in Oracle 19c when the charset is set to KO16MSWIN949 instead of AL32UTF8.
