CPIC Fast Track BY27 - Release 1

Attached is the rollover package for BY27. I recommend that you first manually update the function for the category "CPIC: Budget Year" to reference "2027" prior to importing the package, but this is not a requirement. Also, since Passback for BY2026 has not occurred at the time of this posting, the BY26 version has been set to September 24, 2024 (the final day of the BY26 Annual Submission).

As always, please take a database backup prior to importing the package and always remember to test the import in a non-production environment first. Let me know if you find any issues.
