customer credit limit approval request Error

Hi,

We are working with customer credit limit approval requst, just esting in PY env last week and work fine, this approval is sent to the email address associated with the credit manager, who must approve the credit, however today it didn't work,

I receive the mail, when click in Link, the page display error:
