Bluebeam Comment/Line Item Integration

Hopefully a simple question. The Bluebeam integration instructions/documentation are pretty good until I get to the point where I'm looking to set up attribute mapping. Regardless of whether I enter anything into Bluebeam Attribute and Bluebeam Attribute Sub-Type, the Unifier Data Element selector is an empty list. Apparently none of our thousands of data elements or hundreds of data definitions qualify for as something I can map here. Is there a specific data type or something in uDesigner that needs to be set up for data elements to be available here?
