Getting information from field from P4310 to be shown in P43081

Hi All,
When a new order is added in P4310|W4310B, values are also entered into the Reference, Reference 2, and Description fields (VR01, VR02, DSC).
I would like to display these values in the header when approving orders in P43081|W43081B.
Although I’ve added these fields using the Form Extension Manager, they are not showing any values — even though other fields like Originator and Supplier display correctly.
The values do appear correctly in the grid, populated for each line (see example below – in this case, Reference is “P1615-4”, while
