Reported Bug – BIP Report Upload Fails With Error “Due to Report With Path Already Exist!”

After integrating BIP 12c with Siebel 24.x, when attempting to upload Siebel BIP reports from Siebel UI, it fails with the error "Due to Report with Path [<path>] already exist!" in the XMLPReportServer Component Log.
