Rates are not flowing into TravelClick
Travelclick have confirmed that the issue persists: the amounts are still reflected as zero, the error continues to trigger, and rates are not flowing as expected.
It may be necessary to adjust the settings for the DKN room code. For your, I have attached the XML logs.
Their PMS connectivity system is configured to disregard any zero (0) room rates. As a result, all other room rates will fail to sync as long as the DKN room rate has a value of zero (0).
