Unable to see what some customization had done before on a personalization page of customer screen

Problem: Only EBS user who customized the page can see like below but other EBS users could not.

Other users can see the same page like below instead. None of column “Create Item”/ “Update Item” / “Delete Item” exists.

Could you please suggest how other EBS users could see what some customization had done on this page?
