where do I see default_qty in table OKS_TIER_BILL_DEF_B from front end?

Dear team,

I see we have DEFAULT_QUANTITY value in OKS_TIER_BILL_DEF_B for a service contract, which causing some issue in service billing. but I couldn't see where is this value entered from front end.

Could someone maybe suggest?
