Create Wave does not release Sales Orders

I would like to release sales orders via Create Wave. As soon as I enter a criteria in Advanced criteria, no orders are released. If I start the wave without criteria, sales orders are released. Sometimes it also works with criteria. It seems to be quite random.


Does anyone know the problem that orders are not released reliably with the Wave?
