Where to download Oracle 19c Base (19.3 or 19.0 ) Oracle Grid from My Oracle Support?

I've been searching for it for hours.

Would be great for @Oracle Support to help give some context on where to find it, and how to find it.

I know how to get RU 19.25 (Oracle, Grid, OJVM) , but I need the actual Oracle database downloaded and grid. And I'm searching and can't find it for hours.

I've been doing Oracle for 12+ and I'm not sure why it's always so complicated :o
