OGG Parameter EOFDELAYCSECS

The EOFDELAY and EOFDELAYCSECS options in OGG Extract or Replicat have default values of 1 second and 100 centiseconds, respectively.

However, it is possible to start the process with EOFDELAYCSECS set to 10.

Does this mean that the manual has an incorrect value listed for the default settings?
