Reduce Deprecation amount in Tax books without change the life and method

Hi Team,

we have made change in the amount of deprecation for example: from USD 2644.05 to 2427.39 in oracle EBS (R12), without change in the Depreciation method, Rate and life of Asset

Please advise.
