Supplier Declaration of Conformity (SDOC) of IPv6-only environment for OPPM

Does anyone especially Federal users have the same problem being asked to provide SDOC for IPv6-only environment ? This is a Federal mandate requirement when we need to upgrade OPPM. I am surprised nothing was found in the knowledge base.
