Oracle Mobile how to return an LPN (License Plate Number)

While using Oracle Mobile to return an LPN (License Plate Number) that has already been received or delivered but im getting "No Data Found", and im

in the correct inventory organization where the LPN was received.

Note: When searching for all existing LPNs in the return function, the message "No Data Found" appears, even though the search includes all LPNs.
