Email alert when a subsystem version fails

Hello Team

We are on E1 9.2 and we are Oracle Infra.

We recently are experiencing that one particular version of a job is crashing abruptly.

Is there a way that an email alert can be sent when one of the job versions fail.

Noted that there is a Bug on this and it is in user voting status.

Checking if anyone has built a solution either based on orchestrator or any other tool? That would help us.
