Subject: Applying Sub-Patch 37268031 (OCW) on an OEM NON-GRID Instance

Overview: We have several GRID and NON-GRID Oracle DB instances. We use Ansible Playbooks to apply Oracle patches to all DB instances, both NON-GRID and GRID. We downloaded the GRID patch (37257886) to apply it on the GRID. Within this patch, we also found the DB and OCW patches (37260974 for DB and 37268031 for OCW).

Question: Can we apply both the DB and OCW patches to the NON-GRID OEM database, or should we only apply the DB patch from the set?

Question: If we apply the OCW patch (37268031) to the NON-GRID instance, will there be any adverse side effects?
