Cloud Console: where can I configure IP-Whitelists for my Planning and Budgeting Cloud Envirements

Before the migration, I had configured firewall whitelists for my Planning and Budgeting Cloud environments. Where can I find these in the new Cloud Console? It seems that these are no longer active!
