Issue with blocked Items in a locator

I would like to block an Item or the lot number in a locator. If I do this it cannot be used for sales orders anymore, which is the expected behavior.

However, the issue arises when other active and available items are stored in the same locator. When releasing a sales order, these items are shown as available but are not allocated to the order. It seems that blocking just one item causes the entire locator to be restricted in some way.

Only when the blocked item is transferred to another locator do the remaining items get assigned to the sales order as expected. The items are in an LPN and lot-controlled.
