Trouble undeploying obsolete plugins from OEM to update to 24 version

Hello!
I'm following the instructions from the documentation and the GUI installer to upgrade my OEM from 13.5 to 24.1, however, I'm stuck at undeploying obsolete plugins from OMS. I was able to undeploy the plugins from my agents, but when I started to try to undeploy from OMS as asked by the installer, the first try got stuck in the deleting metadata step.
I can issue another undeploy plugin command for the same plugin it seems, but not for others, but it just gets stuck in the same step.

Using the get_plugin_deployment_status always returns the following.

emcli get_plugin_deployment_status -plugin=oracle.sysman.emfa
