PO Inspection Using Quality Module Closes Move Order Line in WMS Enabled Org

Oracle EBS R12.2

Organization that is WMS Enabled, using the Quality Module for Purchase Order Receipt. When I perform the Inspection using Oracle Desktop Java forms, the LPN is not available for Delivery via MSCA because the Move Order has been Closed. Does anyone have experience in using Oracle Quality Module for PO Inspection in a WMS enabled Org?
