E1 windows server OS in-place upgrade recommendation

Hi Team,

We intend to update the E1 Windows servers' operating systems from 2016 to 2022. I am aware that after an OS inplace upgrade, there is no need to reinstall the JDE application or database. Having a recommendation for an OS upgrade in place will be beneficial. Would you kindly share your recommendations?
