Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi Team,

We have discovered unidentified users(XXXXX) that are present in the F9312 security history table but do not exist in JDE. Could you please tell me the possible reason?
