While trying to the Changing UOM on PO/PR line the quantity doesn't change automatically ?

Hi Experts,

While I am trying to the Changing UOM on PO/PR line the quantity doesn't change automatically to the UOM changed. We have done the UOM conversion correctly, but still the quantity not getting automatically changed. Is there any SETUP related to it to fix the issue.
