How can i call Accounts list and create Service Request via API.

Hi,

I am working on a poc where we are creating a siebel SR via VBCS form.

For Account field, i need the account list and accordingly i need to create a Service Request in the siebel.

How can i get the list of Accounts via API. Please provide endpoint.

Also provide how can i create Service Request via API. Please provide endpoint.
