Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello All,

We are working Oracle apps version 12.2.9,we have issues regarding in Fetching Customer Ship to address,

Setup-Customer ship to address is fetched only when we check the check box Others sites, How to make a Normal Ship to site.
