How do I set up a $ dedution based off a % deduction, do I need a calculation table?

I'm on JDE 9.2 for HR/Payroll. I need to set up a deduction for a $ amount based off of a deduction on a %.

For example, If union dues are 6% of an employee's gross pay, I need to set up a deduction for a $ amount that includes the %. I don't know how to go about setting that up.

Gross pay = $1,000

Union dues @6% = $60

Of that $60, I need a deduction set up for $2 from the $60. So the union dues would =$58, and the new deduction would =$2.

What calculation table is needed to do this? I'm also guessing the Basis of Calc for the new $ deduction would include the deduction for the %.
