Peoplesoft health benefits effdt not set to the next month 1st for Job transfers

Hello all,

Our customer is using Peoplesoft HRMS 9.2 with ben admin.

We noted that when job data transfer from A→B group, we are expecting to terminate the benefits as of next month 1st.

Ex: Employee 1234 transferred from support to Admin position as of 04/01. System inserted a row with effective date of 04/01/2025 with the election as terminate.

But we are expecting to terminate the benefits as of 05/01. Do I need to do setup for the support related event id?

I verified the all the configuration and not able to find the issue? Below is the date rule for the admin date event rule screen shot. Please advise me.
