Create Wave does not consider orders that are in the past

Hello,

I use Create Wave to release customer orders. This also includes orders that are in the past. If the field “Orders with scheduled ship dated within next X days” is left blank, the orders are taken into account, in part. If I enter something there, they are not considered. How can I release orders with a date in the past via Create Wave?
