Integrating OEM 13.5 with Oracle Support and updates to 2FA
Hi All
I am just working with our Firewall/Networking team to integrate OEM in with Oracle Support for downloading of patches etc.
Recently Oracle has updated the support portal to support 2FA. What does this mean for the OEM integration?
We are currently on OEM 13.5RU25.
In looking at the following document:
EM13.5: Setting My Oracle Support Credentials Fails - "Unable to complete network operation against My Oracle Support. Please check network connectivity to Oracle Support Site." (Doc ID 3072711.1)
We see the following recommendation for sites to be accessible:
