Best Practices / Ideas for Truck Planning (Multiple SBs on one SO/Shipment)
Our business process is that we allow customers to place multiple POs (which we enter as SBs) and then we let them "grocery shop" what they want on a truck.
For example Customer A has these 5 POs
- PO 123 for 1,900 of ITEM A due on 5/1
- PO 222 for 50,000 of ITEM B due on 5/3
- PO 114 for 20,000 of ITEM A due on 5/14
- PO 258 for 20,000 of ITEM C due on 5/1
They want a delivery on 5/12 of PO 123, 144 and 258. So our current process is using a custom build program that we can filter on the "header" of the screen to look up these multiple POs (SBs)
