How to give user roles and permissions for T&L auto enrollment page access?

Hello communities,

We are using PeopleSoft 9.2 and making progress in implementation of T&L auto enrollment. However, we're encountering an issue with user security and roles.

When we assign roles to the users, they are not able to access that page. User can navigate through that page though but could not access them. Please review attached error message.

The given roles are: TL Auto Enrollment User and TL Auto Enrollment Admin. They can be found at (Menu → PeopleTools → Security → Permissions and Roles → Roles).

The permissions they are using is: HCCPTL6000 and HCCPTL7000 parallelly.

Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
